Concrete substrates

Should be at least 28 days old. Laitance deposits on new concrete are best removed by light grit–blasting, mechanical scrabbling or grinding. On small areas, thorough acid-etching using Acid Etch may be considered. After etching, the substrate shall be thoroughly washed with clean water and then allowed to dry. Where heavy contamination by oil and grease has occurred or existing coating are present, it is essential that all contamination are removed.

MIXING

Pour the component B (Hardener) into the component A (Base) and mix from 2-3 minutes until uniform consistency is achieved.
Do not mix partially

APPLICATION
Apply the mixed material to the prepared surface using brush or short haired quality wool roller. Avoid primer pounding on the floor to reduce exothermic effect, which will reduce the pot life

CLEANING

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with any solvent.
