 POLYACRYLIC D has an excellent curing efficiency.
 
GUIDE FOR APPLICATION
Surface Preparation 
Prepare a good clean structural .surface for bonding by removing all loose materials or disintegrated concrete, traces of oil greases, curing compounds, etc. should be removed by chipping out the affected areas of concrete and finally sweep or blow off the surface so as to remove dust which will prohibit proper bonding. Areas to be treated should be pre-wetted, but do not leave pools of standing water before using bonding slurry.
 
1) For Use as Bonding Agent Bonding Slurry For optimum bond strength mix POLYACRYLIC D, undiluted with Portland cement. Mix 1 part Portland cement with 3 parts dry washed sand and undiluted POLYACRYLIC D - I to produce pour able slurry. Brush the mixture thoroughly into voids pores surfaces to eliminate air pockets. Before slurry coat dries, apply immediately with filed mixed or manufactured patching materials.
 
II) For use as an Admixture 
 As an admixture POLYACRYLIC D can be used for horizontal, vertical and overhead repair application, with the following suggested mix proportions in table 1.
 
APPLICATIONS 
When repairing large areas where depth of repair exceed 5 mm., prime the surface with the slurry coat and immediately apply POLYACRYLIC D repair mortar while , slurry is still tacky.
Due to the excellent adhesive properties of POLYACRYLIC D,it is advisable to clean tools frequently and to wash equipments immediately after use.
 
Cleaning
Clean tools and equipments with water immediately after use.

POLYACRYLIC D should be kept in unopened containers &protected from frost or extremely temperatures

Important Recommendation
 
1- Protect the uncured mortar from frost and rain.
2- Do not retemper mortar after initial set.
