POLYCOAT EP ZR is used as a corrosion protection coating for steel & metal surfaces such as:
Pipelines and sewage treatment plants.
Steel constructions in aggressive environments.
Primer to steel surfaces prior to over coating.

Guide for Application
Surface Preparation
All surfaces should be clean, dry, free from rust, oil & grease and all loosely adhering particles or any contamination. Grit blasting is recommended. Steel surfaces should be blast cleaning to Sa 21/2 in accordance with DIN 55928 Part 4.
Mixing
Stir Component A (Resin) well, ther add Component B (curing agent) to the resin while mixing.
Mix until homogenous consistency is achieved.
Application
Apply POLYCOAT EP ZR by brush, short haired roller or spray onto the prepared surfaces ensuring uniform coverage.
Spray application is recommended with a pressure exceeding 180 bar, recommended nozzle size from 0.38 - 0.66 mm.
POLYCOO SOLVENT is recommended to be added while spraying. If the second coat will be applied, this will be carried out after 6 hrs @ 20°C.
Apply in well-ventilated areas and away from any source of heat or naked flames
Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with POLYSOLVENT
Packaging
POLYCOAT EP ZR is supplied in one pack 6 kg.
Coverage
0.3-0.35kg/m2 at 80 ~middy film thickness.
STORAGE
POLYCOAT EP ZR should be kept in cool dry place away from any source of heat or naked flames.
Shelf Live
One year when stored correctly in unopened containers.
Health and safety
Epoxy Resins contain irritants, especially to the skin, eyes and the respiratory system.
Persons handling these materials should use appropriate protective clothing, including rubber or plastic gloves.
If the epoxy resin should contact the skin, it should be removed immediately and the areas of contact washed thoroughly with soap and water
